IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Financial Scholarships are available upon request courtesy of Chelsea United Way.
2. Multi –children discounts are available upon courtesy of Chelsea United Way.
3. All programs are subject to changes based on facility availability.
4. Sorry, no prorated fees or make up dates due to inclement weather.
REGISTRATION POLICY
1. Pre registration is necessary for all programs. A $10 late fee will be accessed for all registrations submitted after the deadline.
2. Please register early. Late registration will only be accepted to fill remaining vacancies in programs. Waiting list will be formed for all late entries once a program is full.
3. Consolidation of divisions may be necessary due to enrollment.
TEAM SPORT REGISTRATION
1. DON’T DELAY, REGISTER TODAY!! A $10 late fee will be accessed for any registration submitted after the deadline. Late registration will only be accepted to fill remaining vacancies in programs. A wait list will be formed for all late entries once a program is full.
2. Buddy Request - (PK, K, and U8 Divisions ONLY) ONE MUTUAL request for a friend will be granted. Siblings in the same age group will be kept together.
3. Coaching Staff – (All divisions) One head coach and two assistants per team. Coaches may request one another. All other “BUDDY” requests will be overridden by coaching request.
4. Consolidation of divisions may be necessary due to enrollment.
REFUND POLICY
All programs cancelled by the Chelsea Recreation Council will be refunded in full. Participants requesting a refund before the start of a program are entitled to a refund less a $7.00 service fee. NO REFUNDS will be granted once the program begins.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Chelsea Recreation Council will operate under the School Boards decision in terms of inclement weather. If the school district is CLOSED, then all recreation programs will be cancelled. If the school district closes early due to inclement weather, then all recreation programs will be cancelled for the evening. All other cancellations due to inclement weather will be made the day of at the discretion of the Recreation Director.
OTHER POLICY
Late registration fee – A 3 week grace period is granted to any registration received without payment. After grace period, an additional $10 will be accessed to registration. All outstanding balances must be paid in full before registering for another program. Bounced check fee – A $10 fee will be accessed for any bounced check.
